Inservice ideas needed

I am a sp ed teacher in an autism program. I'd like to put on an inservice for the staff where there are stations for them to do activities that simulate what it is like to have autism. For example, wearing a helmet with beads hanging down in front of their eyes as distraction while they work, or wearing gloves while they do fine motor tasks, etc. Does anyone know where I can get these activities/equipment? Some I could just make.

Hi Julie,
I'll ask my psychologist about some ideas and also from what it feels like to me being Autistic, maybe I can come up with some ideas; not exactly activities but ideas that could help come up with activities... LOL, if that makes sense!
Hugs,
Kris
PS: I'll also ask some other people with Autism who are older the question and see if they have any ideas too and then will post them here!
