Apparently it is not uncommon to have adult individuals with many symptoms of HFA which has not been diagnosed. In such instances, would an afflicted person fare better if they were made aware of their condition? If so, I would like to know the approach one should take in attempting to bring about improvement.

You really should include the Belgium film Ben X. It is incredibly well shot movie and the actor delivers a realistic portrayal of an autistic teen. Also the third volume of the BBC show Skins includes an autistic character in it.

I have seen both Silent Fall and Rain Man. RM was the first mainstream movie to ever deal with the subject of Autism. SF is also a great, but severely underrated. I havent seen House of Cards, bt from the clips I saw it does look good.
Do you find this valuable?
